LCD Module Signal Generator FB4
LVDS Signal Generator FB4 is a multi-functional LCD module test signal source independently developed and manufactured by Shenzhen Xinrunjing Technology Co., Ltd. The FB4 can provide LVDS signals required for LCD panel testing, and with the optional accessories, it can support V-By-One, eDP and MIPI signals, etc.; at the same time, it integrates the power output functions such as VDD/VBL and standard screens required for testing. The FB4 provides the following test functions
Signal parameters
Support LVDS signal output channel: 1CH/2CH/4CH; test screen resolution can be up to 4096*2160@60HZ; the highest point frequency can be up to 600Mhz; support VESA/JEIDA encoding mode selection. Users can edit the parameters of the device for different LCD panel specifications to meet the testing needs of different panels. Users can also choose to match the MIPI adapter board, eDP adapter board and other accessories to support other types of test signal output according to different needs.
Integration of power functions
Supports power outputs such as VDD, VBL, ON/OFF, Dimmer, PWM, etc., and also provides VDD/VBL real-time detection and protection functions (OVP/OCP/UVP/UCP); users can set up their own power-up and power-down timings according to the specifications of the panel to be tested.
Test images
The FB4 has a built-in library of logic screens with a wide variety of images, covering most of the industry's standard test images.
You can select and call it directly in the editing software without editing the screen; meanwhile, FB4 supports the function of importing BMP pictures.
When using the FB4, users can refer to the specifications of the panel to be tested, and then quickly set and select the panel resolution parameters, power supply parameters, and inspection screen through the editing software to form a "test program" for testing. It is easy to operate, has perfect functions, and is highly expandable. In addition, the FB4 can also be directly connected to a PC, controlled by the PC test software, and connected to the production management system of the factory production line through the network to realize the uploading/downloading of test data and production management; the maintenance personnel can also quickly and intuitively monitor and manage the parameters and usage of the production line equipment through the network.
