LCD module signal generator EDP-04/08 is the latest self-developed product of Shenzhen Xinrunjing Technology Co., Ltd, which is dedicated to providing customers with test solutions for UHD products.EDP-04/08 adopts modularized design architecture, which can provide completely real EDP 8Lane 5K signals; and extends the support for the testing of LVDS, V-BY-ONE, and MIPI signals.

EDP-04/08 reserved LED Driver control interface, used to control the external backlight constant current source to realize the integration of backlight and signal test integration. EDP-04/08 supports 1Lane, 2Lane, 4Lane, 8LaneEDP signal test for 7~110 inch FHD and UHD UHD modules, and supports logic and BMPPattern graphic test.

The EDP-04/08 provides the following test functions

Signal parameters

EDP-04/08 supports EDP signals for 4K resolution, with output channels supporting 1Lane/2lane/4Lane/8Lane; resolution up to 5120*2880@60Hz; data transfer speeds of 1.62Gbps/Lane, 2.7Gbps/Lane, and 5.4Gbps/Lane.

Users can edit the parameters of the device for different LCD panel specifications to meet the test needs of different panels, and choose to match LVDS, V-BY-ONE, MIPI adapter boards and other accessories to support the output of other types of test signals.

Integration of power functions

EDP-04/08 support VDD output, equipped with optional backlight power supply, can realize VBL, ON/OFF, Dimmer, PWM and other power output and timing integration; at the same time can be customized according to customer needs, backlight constant current power supply, to achieve direct drive light bar lighting. Support VDD/VBL real-time detection and protection function (OVP/OCP/UVP/UCP); Users can set up their own power-on and power-off timings according to the specifications of the panel to be tested.

Test images

EDP-04/08 built-in logic screen library, image variety, covering most of the industry's standard test images, the user can directly in the editing software to select the call, without the need to edit the screen; at the same time, EDP-04/08 support BMP image import function.

When using the EDP-04/08, users can refer to the specifications of the panel to be tested, and quickly set and select the panel resolution parameters, power supply parameters, and inspection screen through the editing software to form a "test program" for testing. It is easy to operate, has perfect functions, and is highly expandable. In addition, the EDP-04/08 can also be directly connected to a PC, controlled by the test execution software, and connected to the production management system of the factory production line through the network to realize the uploading/downloading of the test data and the production management; the maintenance personnel can also quickly and intuitively monitor and manage the parameters and the use of the equipment in the production line through the network.
