3D LCD Module Test Solution

3D display technology brings users an immersive visual experience and is widely used in TV, games, virtual reality and other fields. For the testing of 3D LCD modules, Shinrunjing Technology has developed a complete set of 3D LCD module testing solutions.

The solution is based on the core architecture of the host device and the 3D test module D3001, which outputs 3D images and carries out the key task of 2D/3D enablement of the LCD module. The D3001 is connected to the "3DBox communication port" and "LVDS signal port" of the instrument, and together with the "3D glasses infrared transmitter" of the instrument, it realizes active 3D and polarized 3D LCD module signals. The D3001 is connected to the "3DBox" and "LVDS signal port" of the instrument, and together with the "3D Glasses Infrared Emitter" of the instrument, it realizes the signal test of active 3D and polarized 3D LCD module, as well as the synchronous control of 3D signal transmission and 3D glasses.

During the synchronization control process, the D3001 fully considers the Crosstalk phenomenon to ensure that the human eye can truly judge the 3D effect. This design effectively avoids 3D display problems caused by signal desynchronization or crosstalk, and ensures the accuracy and reliability of test results. In addition, the RS232 control port is reserved in the mainframe of the device, which makes it easy to expand the automated optical inspection functions, further enhancing the intelligence and efficiency of the test.

In practical application scenarios, the solution plays an important role in the R&D and production testing of 3D LCD modules. In a 3D display device manufacturer, the solution was used to test 3D LCD modules, effectively reducing 3D display defects, improving product yields, and enhancing product competitiveness in the market.
