LCD Module Signal Generator PG1104A

PG1104A is a customized signal generator for LCM LCD panel testing, PG1104A has the ability to support high-resolution signal output, compatible with 5 ~ 72 inch different specifications of liquid panel testing. In addition to providing the LVDS signals required for LCD panel testing, it can also provide VDD/VBL power supply and time sequence control, realizing the integrated control of test signals and power supply.

Users can edit different timing parameters and configure the image PATTERN by themselves through the application software on PC, load the configured data into the downloader, and then download them to the signal generator through the downloader, which is more suitable for aging test. When switching between different specification screens quickly, the TIMING and PATTERN can be updated and retrieved uniformly for multiple devices.When the instrument is used as a stand-alone, it is equipped with a control keyboard to realize manual and automatic screen switching, as well as switching between different specification TIMINGs.

Power Function Integration
Supports VDD power output as well as power detection and protection functions (OVP/OCP/UVP/UCP); users can set their own power-up and power-down timings according to the specifications of the panel to be tested.
