With the popularization of 4K display technology, the market demand for 4K LCD panels continues to grow. In order to meet the demand for 4K LCD panel testing, CYT provides professional 4K LCD panel testing solutions.

The key to this solution is the use of the LVDS To V-By-One adapter board C801N together with a signal generator. the C801N adapter board supports 8Lanes and enables V-By-One signal output, which is compatible with the signal standard of the mainstream 4K LCD panels in the market. Combined with a corresponding signal generator, such as the PG1104, the device can support a 38404K at 2160@60Hz2K Ultra HD output to meet the resolution testing requirements of 4K LCD panels.

The C801N adapter board has a number of excellent features. Its output complies with V_BY_ONE HS standard V1.3, with a resolution of up to 4096X2048 60HZ, a data transfer rate of 3.75Gbps/Lane Max, an output channel support of 4/8Lane, a color depth of 6/8/10Bit (12bit option), and a split-screen mode of LR & Dot. In addition, the ESD protection level of the adapter board is up to 15KV air discharge / 8KV contact discharge, with Hot plug/Unplug Detection (HPD) function, to effectively protect the equipment in the test process of safe and stable operation.

During testing, the C801N adapter board is easy to operate and can realize 2D/3D output mode switching. Its output interface adopts the LVDS flexible cable connector, which makes it easy for customers to match the corresponding output-defined adapter boards or screen cables according to the module products of different manufacturers, thus improving the flexibility and adaptability of testing. Through practical application verification, using this solution for 4K LCD panel testing can quickly and accurately detect the various performance indicators of the panel, providing a strong guarantee for the production and quality control of 4K LCD panels.
